Clinical learning environment of nursing and midwifery students in Ghana

Abstract Background Data on student experience of the clinical learning environment in Ghana are scarce. We therefore aimed to assess students’ evaluation and factors that influence their experience. Methods This was a cross-sectional survey 225 undergraduate nursing midwifery students. used Clinical Learning Environment Supervision + Nurse Teacher (CLES +T) scale placement. The association between demographic characteristics placement determined using t-test or ANOVA. Results Most sampled students were Nurses (67%) third year training (81%).
